We have recently completed a restructuring of our client support team to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our current and future clients. During our reorganization development, we attempted to place ourselves in your role, as best we could, and create changes that we believe will benefit how we proceed with client support. We asked ourselves, “How we would want to be treated if we were a client? What would our top priorities be? How would I want to be communicated with?” We used these as guiding principles for shaping our client support team and our processes. Our overarching goal is to make sure you are comfortable with our processes, and we are meeting your needs.
We are available to you in a number of ways – phone, chat, and e-mail. Additionally, you may have noticed our Help Desk, which is also now available through our portal. Any of these methods allow you to send us any questions, feedback, and other items directly to us.
Remember, we are here to help. If you need assistance with anything, (i.e. difficult reviews, a question about our services, help navigating our portal, status updates) please reach out to us.
You can contact us anytime during the following business hours – Monday through Friday, 6 am PST until 6 pm PST and Saturday – Sunday, 8 am PST until 5 pm PST. If you have an after-hours issue, please send us an e-mail. You may still get a response!
