Over the last 18 months we have been working hard to improve our services and take even better care of you, our clients, and our efforts are paying off. As the COO of AMR, I work in tandem to Vince our CEO to make sure that our team is focusing on those items that will improve your experience and provide exemplary levels of service.

We recently reached a major milestone in the evolution of the company and our service offerings. We received our Utilization Management accreditation last month from URAC. Many of you have been asking us to expand our services and by receiving the UM accreditation we are now able to offer complete UM services. Given our dedication to customer service we have now more than doubled the size of our client services department.  We are happy to report that in our recent customer satisfaction survey over 94% of you said that you are very satisfied with AMR’s services and additionally over 95% said that you would recommend us to someone else.
